Peter Moulton FCA

The founding partner of Moulton Johnson, Peter, after qualifying, moved out of the profession into industry for 7 years before returning to the profession to set up his own Practice. Based in our Surrey office, he specialises in business development activities and troubleshooting. His wealth of experience in helping business, both in the good and bad times, makes him the ideal person to speak to if you have a problem.

As keen sailing enthusiast and musician, if he isn't sailing his dinghy in competitions or helping out with The Rebel Trust, which provides opportunities for Sea Cadets from London and the surrounding area an opportunity to get their feet on a real boat, he may well be found playing drums and singing in the band with Ian.

Ian Johnson FCA

Ian, after qualifying, worked for several years as a manager for Deloittes before joining Peter and he runs the Brentwood side of the operation. Ian specialises in audit, tax and business development. He has a solid background in systems and audit from his time with Deloittes and he also has a great deal of experience in tax and organisational planning.

Ian has a wide range of interests which, as well as playing guitar and keyboards in the band with Peter, include watching his Essex cricket team and Spurs football team as well as travelling abroad.

Mark Southgate ACCA

Mark joined Moulton Johnson in 1996 and has over the years gained a wide range of experience in dealing with small and medium sized businesses.  Mark became a director of Moulton Johnson Limited in April 2011 and now uses his wealth of knowledge of tax planning, audit and accountancy to the benefit our Brentwood office clients.

Mark's interests are travelling and supporting his football & rugby teams.
