When you consider that in the last ten years there have been in the region of a hundred changes to employment rules and regulations, it is hardly surprising that Human Resources has been a growth sector.
None of us go into business thinking that it is going to end up as anything other than a success story but, nevertheless, it can happen that things can go wrong and not always because it is directly our fault.
It is still quite amazing how many people in this country do not have a valid will in existence. The reasons vary from 'I have never got round to it', through 'I do not have much to leave to anyone' to 'well it all goes to my wife so what's the point'.
