Company Tax Planning
In the same way as personal taxation is constantly changing, so too is company taxation and, although in many respects the opportunities for planning are more limited, they must not be overlooked as they do still exist.
The problem with Company Tax Planning is that the future aims of its owners may not always be the same. Some shareholders may be looking just for a short-term return on capital invested by way of dividends, whereas others may be looking for longer term investments and eventual Capital Gains.
At Moulton Johnson we try and find out what everyone is looking for and then come up with a strategy that meets as many of the requirements as possible.
We monitor all the changes that occur in company taxation and identify how any of these changes affect our clients and their current plans and then make recommendations. In some cases what is best for the company requires a bespoke approach and when this is required we can make introductions to specialists who can give the best advice to the company and its owners.
